Just in time for Halloween, today somebody let me know about the Billionaire Guru costume. It struck me as just what devotees of the Radha Soami Satsang Beas would want to wear — since the image on the package bears a lot of resemblance to Gurinder Singh Dhillon, the RSSB guru.
Well, let’s make that an awful lot of resemblance.

Humor is a wonderful thing. I love how stand-up comics make fun of themselves, other people, and life in general. Most of us take ourselves too seriously. And for sure, religions take their leaders way too seriously. I enjoy picturing the RSSB guru laughing at this Halloween costume. After all, there’s a lot of truth in the items included with it. And he’s considered to be a satguru — sat means truth/true.
Speaking of truth, here’s a comment that Kapil Sharma left on the “RSSB: Parasocial relationship” post today. I liked it so much, I wanted to bring the comment to the attention of more people by featuring it in a blog post. In my reply, I said: Kapil, excellent comment. You expressed yourself well — factually, persuasively, clearly. I heartily agree with you.
It is quite ironic how RSSB promotes the idea that every follower has a personal relationship with the Master. The message repeatedly conveyed is that the Master is watching over everyone and taking care of them, provided they meditate regularly and perform unpaid housekeeping and other voluntary work at their homes or centres.
But here is the real question: Did the Master ever think about ordinary followers while allegedly setting up shell companies, engaging in financial dealings that have raised questions, or meeting celebrities and politicians for photographs and publicity?
From the outside, it appears that the greatest benefits went to his own family, who became wealthy and financially successful. How many ordinary volunteers, who devoted their time and labour without payment, received any comparable benefits? It is difficult to identify any. However, some people within the inner circle may have benefited, and those familiar with the organisation may know who they are.
The appointment of the next Guru from within the same family raises further questions. Was this simply a family succession, designed to keep leadership and influence within the family, or were there other considerations? These are questions worth asking, although speculation alone cannot establish the answers. What is particularly surprising is that ordinary followers, regardless of their meditation or service, had no apparent opportunity to become the next Guru. Furthermore, no woman was considered for the position, raising concerns about gender equality and the role of women in the organisation.
Is RSSB built on genuine spiritual understanding, or does it rely on beliefs, interpretations, and practices that discourage followers from questioning its leadership?
When people are repeatedly told that the Master knows everything about them, cares for them personally, and oversees their lives, they may develop an emotional attachment that makes critical thinking more difficult. If that attachment is used to discourage questions and promote unquestioning obedience, it becomes a serious cause for concern. Devotion should never mean surrendering one’s ability to think independently.
The theory of karma raises another difficult question. If karma operates as followers are taught, how should we understand the apparent lack of consequences for those who may have acted wrongly? I cannot claim to know how karma works, but the gap between spiritual teachings and the conduct attributed to certain individuals deserves scrutiny.
There are also questions surrounding the reported circumstances of the death of GSD’s wife following complications from weight-loss surgery. Why did she travel to the UK for the procedure? Was there a particular reason for that choice? These are questions for which I do not have verified answers, and it would be unfair to assume motives without evidence.
Another issue that deserves clarification concerns the reported use of a UK dentist’s residential address in certain records, despite claims that the individuals concerned stayed at an RSSB centre rather than at that residence. If the address was used in official records, what was the reason? The reported connection between this dentist and certain historical Singh Brothers companies, including directorships, also warrants examination through reliable public records. If these connections exist as described, they should be investigated on the basis of documented evidence rather than assumptions.
For anyone willing to examine the available records objectively, the important thing is to follow the evidence, establish the facts, and ask legitimate questions. Connections between people, companies, and addresses may be significant, but they do not automatically prove wrongdoing.
Ultimately, the biggest concern is the apparent contradiction between the spiritual message preached to followers and the questions surrounding wealth, family influence, leadership succession, and accountability.
Ordinary followers are encouraged to meditate, perform unpaid service, and believe that the Master has a personal interest in their spiritual welfare. Yet they also have every right to ask whether the organisation’s leadership follows the same principles of humility, detachment, and selflessness that followers are expected to practise.
Perhaps the real test of spirituality is not how many hours someone meditates or how much unpaid service they perform, but whether they are willing to question authority, seek the truth, and distinguish faith from blind belief.
Until these questions receive credible answers, the cycle of devotion, unquestioning obedience, and psychological conditioning may continue.
If karma is a reality, time will tell. If it is merely a theory used to explain everything while accountability is avoided, then followers need to start asking harder questions.

It’s just a costume.
But you must love it, you keep picking it every Year!
Well, just try to be nice when you go trick or treating this year Brian.
Let’s not have the neighbors upset again.
Being presented with the same text again and with the spotlights on it, unexpected reactions came up.
What is it in this text that made Brian put it in the lime light
Given the content of the text:
Why am I reading and writing here what is the benefit?
All questions that otherwise never arise .. certainly not the second one
In the days I was associated I did quite some seva of all sorts … all things I had never done before and for which I had to acquire skills I did not have before.
I remember those days with great pleasure and gratitude. I just loved the things I was doing and the good company of those with whom I had to accomplish the tasks at hand.
No other thoughts would cross my mind … doing it for the guru and that kind of stuff …were things I did hear sometimes, things that made me laugh and joke with others …they were never in my mind.
Some times I would react to these people and say … I am already “well payed” with the pleasure that I derive from it …IF … what we do is later also labeled as “SEVA” …than we are double paid.
If somebody would have said .. but that is the epitome of selfish thinking … I would have laughed my heart out.
Anyway …I was not raised as a calculating CALVINIST
Our children were not even allowed to wash the dishes as they always did it grudgingly … it took them some decades to understand … why
In retrospect, the association with sanmat, its teachings, the sangat its gurus, has proven to be a …MIRROR.
In order to see better what there was to see in the mirror, my own face, I had to clean it … and THAT has not always been a pleasure so to say or easy… what I came to see was not always a joy and the process a pleasure
Eventually I had to lay this mirror aside and focus on the trees and the crows in my backyard.
Whoever made this is a satirical genius comedy legend.
Maybe he’s using this so called illusion of being a guru to create the sister Sheena doll with the Scarlet ” A ” written on her cape. The gu could have held it all together if he hadn’t have been so ru . Life on the physical plane is all illusion they say and that would have to include these wonderfully silly Indian garbs. It’s neither trick nor treat, just glum duty. Anyway it’s my boyfriend that’s into this stuff and letting me read his books instead of throwing them out. Fascinating. If you knew who I really was you might think that I was fast and ate it too. Only in the movies. Protect your online identity by stealing someone else’s. It’s easy and free. A guru girl I would never want to be.
They wore a costume of complaints they called truth. How they marveled at the patchwork!
It was delicately held together by a thin string of innuendo missing infirmary and outright falsehoods.
They wanted to be heard and honored as the One truth, , but not to listen and respect the other perspectives.
They were feeding their grudge like a beloved family member, like their God made of mud, who must never be questioned.
This was their fate, their karma.
Where the complaint ended, so did any interest in new information.
The costume stank
Oh it looked alright.
But they hadn’t bathed in eons.
“After all, there’s a lot of truth in the items included with it.”
1) There’s no evidence that Gurinder Singh Dhillon of RSSB is a billionaire.
2) There’s no evidence that RSSB “grabbed” (love that Indian English) or stole land. All court disputes over land that involved RSSB were resolved without a determination of theft.
Bear in mind that there’s a stark contrast in regional property and plot-level land disputes between India and the U.S. These disputes come down to how ownership is legally guaranteed, how land registry records are kept, and the standard practice of buying private Title Insurance. In India, land disputes are a massive crisis, as roughly 66% of all civil court cases involve property or plot disputes. In the U.S., plot-level boundary fights happen only occasionally.
Most exsatsangis either don’t know this or choose to ignore it, believing that all the news reports of RSSB and land are evidence of “land grabbing.”
3) There’s no evidence that RSSB sevadars break people’s phones. The claim that they do arises from one hearsay story of many years ago by an ex-satsangi.
4) Gurinder Singh did not set up any shell companies. Malvinder Singh and his brother set up the shell companies.
5) There’s no evidence that Gurinder used RSSB to make his family wealthy.
6) Charan Singh was more closely related to Gurinder (his nephew) than Gurinder is related to Gill (his first cousin once removed). If Guru nepotism exists in RSSB, then Charan is the first and biggest offender.
7) Gurinder has hosted a Q & A for years now, publishes it on YouTube, and RSSB has never penalized any satsangi or ex-satsangi for any questions, criticisms, or allegations. The only exception would be Kirpal Singh, who was sued by (guess who?) Charan Singh.
8) What possible skullduggery could be involved in choosing the UK over India for a surgical procedure? Ditto for dentist-address-gate.
“A lot of truth.” Neither of you seem to know what a fact is, or how to perform honest research.
Just for fun I asked Claude AI about the items included in the Halloween costume, along with its name. Here’s the answers. On the most important ethical/legal items, there indeed is solid evidence, or at least semi-solid evidence. Regarding the RSSB guru being a billionaire, consider that Malvinder Singh, his relative, told the India Supreme Court that Dhillon and his family owe him $906 million in loans and advances. So, yes, there’s evidence that the RSSB guru is a billionaire, given how close $906 million is to $1 billion. See: (title of post says 909 million for some reason)
https://churchofthechurchless.com/2019/03/rssb-guru-now-faced-with-repaying-909-million-in-allegedly-fraudulent-loans/
Here’s what Claude AI said:
——————————————
I searched each question. Several have solid documentation, especially the court cases. Others turn up nothing beyond online rumor.
1. Net worth. I found no credible estimate. The “billionaire” figures online ($5 billion, $11.5 billion) come from auto-generated net-worth sites, and they’re plainly unreliable. One of them claims Dhillon began his career in finance and had a role at Reliance, which confuses him with someone else. The only grounded figure I found is for the organization, not him personally: Tribune sources say the dera has property worth over ₹5,000 crore, including land of its centres (roughly $600 million).
2. Number of initiates. The figure usually cited is an estimated two million initiates of the Beas masters worldwide. That number is old and unaudited. RSSB doesn’t publish membership figures.
3. Turban. Yes. He appears in a turban in essentially all public photos and video. He also ceremonially tied a turban on the new head of Dera Jagmalwali when that dera chose a successor.
4 and 5. Rolex watch and leather shoes. I found no reliable reporting on either. Claims like these circulate on critics’ sites and social media, but nothing verifiable turned up.
6. Malvinder and Shivinder Singh. Yes, they’ve faced warrants and arrests. A Delhi court issued production warrants for the former Ranbaxy promoters in a Rs 740 crore fraud case. Police arrested both brothers in October 2019 on charges of criminal breach of trust by a banker, cheating and criminal conspiracy, and the Enforcement Directorate later arrested them under the money-laundering act. Separately, the Supreme Court sentenced both brothers to six months in jail for contempt in the Daiichi-Fortis case in September 2022.
7. Court documents on Dhillon and Religare/Daiichi. Yes, there are court orders that name him.
The Delhi High Court directed 55 individuals and entities, including Dhillon and his family members, to deposit money owed to the Singh brothers’ RHC Holdings. That was part of enforcing Daiichi Sankyo’s ₹3,500 crore arbitration award. Bar & Bench has the garnishee order as a PDF.
Dhillon and his family went to the Delhi High Court saying they do not owe any money to RHC Holdings.
In a 2020 affidavit, Malvinder claimed over Rs 500 crore was transferred from his accounts to Dhillon and his family members between 2006 and 2010. Delhi Police’s economic offences wing then summoned Dhillon to provide details.
A Delhi court sought an action-taken report from police on Malvinder’s complaint against Shivinder, Dhillon, Sunil Godhwani and others.
I found no report of Dhillon being charged or convicted. These are civil recovery orders and contested allegations.
8. Land grabbing. There are repeated allegations but no court finding I could locate.
In 2008, a farmers’ group leader alleged that dera men had encroached on several hundred acres belonging to nearly 200 farmers by changing the course of the Beas river.
Farmers in Jodha village later alleged the dera had illegally occupied hundreds of acres of panchayat land.
In Himachal Pradesh, the National Green Tribunal set up a joint committee to check allegations of tree felling, illegal construction and use of tea estate land at Parour.
9. Money received as guru. There is no public accounting of this. The closest figures are Malvinder’s allegations in item 7, which Dhillon’s family disputes.
10. Maybach. I found no reliable reporting on this.
11. Private plane. Helicopter travel is documented. In 2024 he arrived at Dera Jagmalwali by helicopter, and the Beas dera has its own airstrip; PM Modi’s helicopter landed at the airstrip in the dera in 2022. I found nothing reliable on who owns these aircraft, or on a private jet.
12. Photo restrictions. I found no news reporting specifically about his security blocking photos. What is documented is the dera’s media policy: during Modi’s visit, no mediaperson was allowed inside the dera, per the sect’s policy. Discouraging photos of the master is widely described in satsang circles, but I couldn’t find a published source for it.
One more relevant development: in September 2024 Dhillon named Jasdeep Singh Gill as his successor. Within hours he decided to keep holding the position himself, with Gill as successor-designate.
Happy Halloween Dr. Hinestein!
Good on you for checking.
So basically outside of Malvinder’s accusations, the chief executive overseeing the fraud, we come up largely blank on all financial and luxury accusations.
It is not quite that simple, of course. Investigations continue.
But there is enough reasonable doubt not to be distracted by this.
It was one thing when we all thought verdicts and real evidence was just about to break. Now it’s just 80% bupkiss and 20% still in process.
Unfortunately once you take away the colorful accusations what are you left with? Egads ! Meditation!
Spooky!
So your post refutes basically everything written in the costume blurb.
OK, it really is Halloween isn’t it?
Welcome to the Zombie Church of the Churlish!
Where stupid never dies, and the grudges refuse to stay buried.
Come, pull up a tombstone and join us at the banquet table! Tonight, we dine exclusively on the rotting remains of long-dead disputations, rancid dissimulations, and decades-old forum threads. Yes, they are growling, shuffling, and dragging their feet—but don’t be alarmed. They are merely the permanent denizens of the long, long dead. Pick up a mask! Join the monster mash, and try your best to ignore the stank of stale skepticism.
Welcome to the Ghoulish Grudge Ghosts from the Land of the Haunted Personas. They just couldn’t let go. Now, they wander aimlessly through their own self-made miasma of murky, meaningless, and misleading mythos. It is a strange, twilight dimension populated by wandering monsters who look like sleepwalking Godzillas and Mothras, utterly unable to find their way out of the comments section. Behold the massive, bloated egos of these ancient incarnations! They stem back to an antediluvian history—a forgotten race of ego-gods who ruled the digital ether long before humans ever learned to think for themselves.
But try to keep up and don’t get distracted by the giant monsters, for now we encounter the Blood-Sucking Child-Mind Vampires. Look closely at their fangs—notice how they look oddly identical to the Tesla logo? They drip with the blood of murdered logic and dying nuances. But their usual feeding ground isn’t in some far-off, destitute land. Oh no, it’s right here in the suburbs of spiritual disillusionment!
They dine exclusively on the gullible. Once bitten by a single piece of online hearsay, these victims immediately adopt the exact same complaints, syntax, and bitter tone as their undead masters. They instantly transform into the new undead creatures of the night—unpaid, low-level inbred minions in a tiny, vampiric army of the perpetually aggrieved serving their dark masters with complete, gleeful devotion. Until the distracted by some shiny object.
Of course, these Vampires are always forced to refresh their front-line troops—much like the modern Russian army—because their clueless minions have absolutely nothing of substance to sustain them. They possess no inner nourishment, living entirely on a starvation diet of pure resentment.
Yet the Elders—the ancient ones who pioneered the art of the original internet grudge, the keepers of the sacred Book of Swindling Sorcery—remain ever-faithful to the cause. They will never leave. They will never move on. And so, the spiritual corpse-party goes on forever.
Party on, Church of the Churchless! May your night be dark, your heels be dug in, and your echo chamber be eternally loud.
My goodness Mr. Tepper … what a strong language … what is going on with you?
All is well.
And you these days my friend?
Well I am watching the removing off mental veils that makes things from the past and now seen in a different way
Hello Spence,
It looks like you have been watching way too much TCM these days! My goodness.
It’s Halloween baby. And maybe coffee.
I guess I’m not used to such vile comments from members of a meditation group. Am I to assume that meditation has no benefit or just not rssb meditation?? I don’t want to love someone greater than my children. It seems like the ones who follow RSSB are the true non followers, they just don’t know it yet. Do I really need two gurus greater than myself to answer one simple question? If so, mark me down for two Halloween outfits .
What this means is that if you don’t really know yourself, your loving your kids could just be codependency. It usually is.
To Love the Master is a metaphor for loving God in yourself enough to put aside your own illusions and see things as they are. That’s meditation practice.
But without help that’s not possible. So the one who helps you, naturally you will find yourself loving them.
And then you become a much better parent, 1000% better since you see things as they are, see your kids as they are, not as you are. Now you are standing on your own two feet, but you have help because nobody can go it alone. Alone is an illusion.
And then you and they set better boundaries also.
And they are less susceptible to other codependent traps.
Loving the Master isn’t a vow, just good advice. But it’s not in your hands.
This is so funny, yet so appropriate – his puma trainers are missing though ..LOL. Run from this pedophilia sympathizing baba.
Gurinder and his rssb cult are a part of kaals satanic web to trap souls and he and his brain dead sangat will be out giving Q and A on Halloween I’m sure – don’t get tricked by this wolf in sheep clothing. There is zero godliness left in this very dark soul, he is rotten to the core.
Gurinder is now fast becoming the laughing stock of the planet. He and his family will be named, shamed and ridiculed. Donkey dhillon the drug mastermind of punjab, face the consequences of the seeds you have sown, there is no where to hide from God.
Thank you , I have looked at some of their online videos and some photos do show some deep cavities into the auras and the focus is always on the teeth. Smiling faces sometimes tell lies. And I’ve got proof. But there’s some neurosis observed upon further deeper observation. I love the India Indian women’s clothing. But I love the American Indian clothing too. I’ll probably just go as Wonder Woman this year again since I already have the lasso from El Paso. I do understand the need for a higher power if you’re trying to get somewhere. It takes a special man to be able to handle that much adoration.
I find it difficult to understand Baba’s stance on leather shoes. Leather comes from the skin of cows or buffaloes, many of which are slaughtered for meat. Baba says we should eat vegetarian food, yet wearing leather shoes is apparently acceptable. How does that make sense?
And has anyone ever noticed Baba’s leather wallet? If eating meat is considered wrong, but using products made from animal skin is acceptable, shouldn’t we question this apparent contradiction?
What about the suffering of cows and buffaloes in the dairy industry? They are repeatedly impregnated to keep producing milk, and their calves may be separated from them. Yet Baba has no apparent objection to consuming milk, drinking milky tea, or eating kheer (rice pudding). Why is there a distinction between these practices?
And what about honey? Bees produce it for their own needs, yet humans take it for consumption. If taking something from another living being is a concern, shouldn’t this also be questioned?
Regarding the claim that there is no evidence of land grabbing, I know someone who witnessed one such incident. Many years ago, on a weekend evening, a group of sevadaars allegedly gathered and occupied government land. They quickly built a large boundary wall and painted it, reportedly taking advantage of the weekend when government offices were closed and immediate action was less likely.
Unfortunately, occupying land over the weekend to avoid immediate intervention is a practice that has been reported in various parts of India, sometimes involving corruption or the complicity of officials. According to my friend’s account, the land in question is still in the possession of RSSB in Beas.
There are reportedly many other allegations and stories concerning land acquisition in the area. Anyone genuinely interested in investigating these claims could speak to people in the surrounding villages outside the Dera and hear their accounts firsthand.
The point is simple: if we are encouraged to question our own actions and live by certain moral principles, shouldn’t those same principles be applied consistently to everything—including food, animal welfare, and the acquisition of land?
Dear Rohit
Was any of this reason to drop meditation every day for 2 1/2 hours?
Scary mnd at work.
I would never try to eat a leather wallet or eat a leather shoe so they’re safe to wear I would think. Animals die a natural death too. I heard Babaji had a house on the roadside made out of human skull. Come on take a little walk with me and tell me who do you love.
@Spence,
You are certainly very good at sarcasm!
Looking at the number of comments you post everyday, you seem to have plenty of time on your hands. I’m curious when you find time for your meditation. Or are you being paid well by RSSB to defend them? Just asking!
You should be thankful to Brian for allowing your comments to remain visible, even when they clearly reveal the mindset and motives behind your arguments.
I meditate whenever I feel the need, and my mind is balanced and at peace. That allows me to think logically, distinguish between right and wrong, and question things when something doesn’t seem right. After all, Guru Nanak, Kabir, and other saints taught us to question things rather than blindly accept everything we are told.
However, from your comments, I get the impression that you have closed your eyes, ears, and mouth whenever anything challenges your beliefs about Baba or RSSB. It seems you are unwilling to see, hear, or acknowledge anything critical of them. As a result, logical thinking takes a back seat, and you seem determined to convince yourself that Baba cannot possibly be wrong. No matter how much evidence is presented, you always seem to find a reason to dismiss it.
Unfortunately, this is how blind faith and brainwashing work. People become so deeply attached to their beliefs that they reject anything that challenges them, even when the evidence deserves serious consideration. I sincerely hope that one day you will open your mind, examine the facts objectively, and have the courage to question what you have been taught.
Of course, if you have a financial incentive to defend RSSB, that would be a different matter altogether!
All the best, Spence. I genuinely hope that one day you will find the courage to think independently, question authority, and seek the truth rather than simply defending your beliefs at all costs.
Why would an organization pay anyone to do them more harm than good? I don’t want anything to do with rssb if it turns out defenders like that. But there was little chance of that ever happening anyway. I like to wear animal hide too much and eat seafood. I won’t judge you for being vegan though. I might be able to find one master that I can put on a level higher than myself but why do these guys have two? I don’t understand the plan.
It appears that this GSD fellow has forever stunted the popularity growth of his own successor and I don’t know why God would do that. Stunted the growth by forever comparing the two gurus and one has an advantage of being guru for decades. This can’t end well for any organization or any cooks for that matter. The strangeness begins at the top and trickles down. I love it. I’m not trying to rain on their parade because I’m not even in the same celebration as them . What if he announced suddenly that he was also an atheist, would the master then expect everyone else to follow? This can’t end well.
There are two theories about why RSSB has two Gurus:
1. Fear of legal consequences: GSD may be concerned that court judgments in ongoing cases could go against him, potentially leading to imprisonment. If that happens, he may want to ensure that a successor is already in place to lead the organisation.
2. Pressure from powerful interests behind RSSB: According to this theory, RSSB is more than just a spiritual organisation, and GSD is its public face. There may be influential politicians, criminals, and businessmen with vested interests in the organisation, allegedly using it to facilitate activities such as money laundering, land grabbing, and securing political favours. If these claims are true, such powerful interests may have pressured GSD to appoint a successor before he goes to jail or passes away. I have also heard rumours that he is still suffering from cancer, although I cannot verify this.
The reality, however, is known only to people within the inner circle of the organisation.
I wonder what they do in that inner circle to promote loyalty because from what I understand Brian , Sheena and other obviously intelligent people have seen the light thanks to this Guru. I’ve also heard rumors of an American born guru. Just rumors so far. I hope they do an autopsy on Gurinder or maybe donate his body to science to find that cure after death. The cure for whatever he had.
Hi Rohit
The reason I asked about your own practice is that spiritual meditation is an alternative view we have access to. And an alternative view provides a great deal of perspective to our own.
Without that alternative view all one has is their opinion. And generally, as we see with comments here, that becomes sacred, and that person hardly is willing to let a little sunshine inside.
As Maharaji once said, “Who wants to be told they are wrong?”
If you had been initiated and practiced meditation you would understand. The enemy isn’t the person holding a different view. It is the limited mind that forms our own polarized and parochial opinion, and then makes us feel, without thinking, that we are right of course. That mind makes us feel like this is who we are and furthermore this opinion is our territory and any alternative view threatens us personally. You can see how negative the mind generally is. Mind encourages us without any discussion with it to react with defensive feelings when others don’t agree. All of it is illusion. That’s our enemy.
For those who are serious about their spiritual meditation, it is their career.
Every day we have the task, the challenge, to put aside all our thinking. Not just your thinking Rohit, but mine. My own first and foremost!
That’s where the real battle begins, not with you or anyone else. Not even with ourselves, only with the continuous habit of thinking and opinions. That’s a biological machine, not me.
As you can see for yourself no one wants to listen to an alternative view.
Certainly not with much respect.
One is entirely submerged in their own thinking and can see nothing else. Even the possibility that you might be wrong is taken as an insult.
Whereas the spiritual practitioner, be they Satsangi, Sikh, Christian, Jewish, Muslim or Buddhist, or… is engaged in a form of meditation or prayer that involves putting self aside for a while for something greater: God, reality, to be One with reality, with Spirit, this and all of the internal experiences that are reported for the simple cost of calming mind down and becoming still for while.
And when you get back up and continue your duties each day, you return to the world with less attachment to your old opinions. You’ve spent time in a fabulous place. You were there without any opinions or thinking. Just experiencing, just being, and full understanding.
Then don’t care about your thinking quite as much, and you set that neither your personality nor your thinking are you simply not that important. Certainly not as important as you are, the you that felt so free and flew through the sky in your meditation.
And rather than feel loss, the practitioner feels free. A layer of freedom from their own petsona.
It is that layer of opinions and thinking they had once identified with which they now realize isn’t actually them.
So that’s why I asked.
With this foundation as a concept you may see for yourself how distant are your opinions from Sant Mat and those initiates who take their vows seriously.
Still, if you wish to comment with some intelligent, it is better to get to know the source of your critique with some experience of the actual parts of the path before passing comment.
But as to that, I certainly enjoyed reading your comments. They tell me a bit about you, and challenge me to take a look at myself.
There is no benefit to being in an echo chamber.
The endless , and mostly from a male point of view, stories of ancient Asian Kings and gurus seem to be in large supply on the rssb website but yet the daily sayings seem to be in defense against their many enemies and detractors. Why would a spiritual organization have enemies or why would a saint have any enemies? They don’t. This rssb organization is a total fraud. It’s like all of the other religions were in the past; only the literature will survive . They have no more stories to draw from in real life in present tense. But it’s the beginning of a party week. Me and my boyfriend are going to Baja. There’s too much good in the world to be bogged down by two sinners disguised as gurus . They seem to like their cherry ice cream as much as they do their wealth. I could never see life from an East Indian point of view . Democracy is dying all over the world and the super rich are helping it along no matter where their attention might lay.
I dont even read spences posts anymore, theyre way too predictable, boring and try too hard. Most of his arguments are either grudge or using quotes of his guru, which, obviously, dont carry any weight or importance to anyone following this blog lol. You cant debate using rssb teachings when they mean nothing to us. I just wanted to comment on the costume photo. Its funny and whether its true or not, all these controversies are tied and connected to him, and whether he is guilty or not, we can forever make jokes, just like the world will forever make jokes about michael jacksons pedophilia, whether or not he is guilty (i personally love mj, hes so much better than gsd) but leave it to the boring uptight rssb to take the fun out of everything.
Hey SatsangSucks
Stupid never dies when you’re a grudge zombie.
When I see your grudge zombie wandering around I know it’s lifeless and harmless. It can hardly form words! A grunt or two.
My grudge zombie doesn’t do that. She wanders around looking down her nose with disdain at your grudge zombie and says
“Meh”.
(Snoring) spence, when you try too hard it comes off boring. Sometimes you can just call me out in it or plainly disagree with what im saying instead of constantly trying to sound smart and sophosticated to no avail by using metaphors and trying to be poetic etc. its coming off really dull and takes away all the fun out of debating 😔
