It’s good to be as unguarded as possible in our relationships
When we see a guard in front of a property, we figure there is something valuable inside that needs to be protected. But when it comes to being guarded in our relationships with other people, this is an interesting question to ponder: what are we guarding when we aren't open and honest with them about how we really feel?
